Lawyer, human rights specialist, specialist in government and public administration, with a master’s degree in public administration and territorial governance and a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on digital transformation.

She has worked in government, including in the legislative branch in Venezuela on border issues and the development of draft legislation; in foreign relations at the Embajada de Venezuela en Colombia with Dr. Humberto Calderón Berti; and at the Federación Nacional de Departamentos de Colombia as an advisor on migration issues.

In the private sector, she has served as Country Manager for Colombia and Central America at Reserve, an American company.

With more than 10 years of experience in nongovernmental organizations, she is currently Director of Fundación Juntos se puede.
